Every detail, in one place
Open an event and everything about it is on one screen, grouped under clear headings: when and where, who's coming, notes and links, reminders. Change its category from a menu with one tap, and Horizon remembers for next time.

See the shape of your month
Each day in the month view carries a small bar showing the mix of categories on it, so a busy week or a trip stands out before you tap anything.

Turn it sideways for your week
Turn your iPhone sideways in the calendar and the whole week opens, full screen, on an hour grid. Choose a category and its events keep their color while the rest of the week fades to grey, so you see where it fits instead of seeing it alone.

- On iPad, switch between Week and Month in the calendar header
Set a weekly goal, watch it fill
Three workouts a week, or no more than 20 hours of Work. Give a category a goal and Horizon tells you where the week stands, counting what's still on the calendar, so you know whether to plan one more run or say no to one more meeting.

A briefing for today, and for the months behind it
The daily briefing tells you the shape of your day: how many events are left, when you'll be done, and where the free time is. Swipe across to the weekly briefing for the category mix, then to Life Patterns to see where your time has really gone, as far back as a year.

Count down to the things you're looking forward to
Watch an event and Horizon keeps it in view: a spotlight card for what's happening now or next, a countdown on every card, and a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island for the four hours before it starts, with its category and a bar that fills as it gets closer.
See your free time, then book it
Tap the Free chip and the open time between your events shows right in the list and the month view. Tap a gap and a new event starts there, at the length you like. Type a title and Horizon categorizes it as you type.

See exactly what collides
Events that clash with something you're going to say so right in the list. Open one to see the clash on its day's timeline, with what's around it, and tap any block to jump to that event.
Every invitation still waiting
Everything you haven't answered, in one list with a Reply button on each. Group by date or by who invited you, combine a weekly invitation into one row, and see at a glance which ones overlap what you've already said yes to.

When it isn't sure, it asks
Is “Coffee with Marcus” work or social? When Horizon can't tell, Quick Categorize asks, one title at a time, with its best guesses ready to tap. One answer covers every event with that title, so a weekly meeting takes a single tap. It learns from every answer, so next time it knows.
When Horizon makes a guess it isn't sure of, a small question mark sits on the event's icon. Touch and hold the event to say it looks good, or review the guesses together in Settings whenever you like.
Made for iPhone Duo
Horizon reads the fold, not the width. Close your Duo and your day fits the cover; open it and Horizon becomes a planner, with nothing covering the calendar.

Where you'll see it without opening the app
Most of the time, the right moment to know about an event isn't when you're in a calendar app. Horizon shows up where you already look.
- Widgets
- Event, Briefing and Watchlist widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen, including an extra-large size for iPad. Countdowns tick live in the last hour, and the Daily Briefing widget counts the invitations waiting for a reply.

- A watched event counts down on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island for the four hours before it starts, with its category, its time and place, and a bar that fills as it nears, then shows its progress while it runs.

Your calendar stays yours
Horizon does its work on your iPhone and iPad. Here's what stays there, and the little that doesn't.
Read the privacy policy- Categorized on your device
- Horizon decides each event's category on your iPhone or iPad. There is no Horizon server, so your events are never sent to one.
- No account, no tracking
- No sign-up, no analytics, no ads and no third-party code. Horizon doesn't know who you are.
- iCloud Sync, in your iCloud
- Your categories and their weekly goals, corrections, settings and Watchlist sync between your devices through your private iCloud account. That includes the titles of events you've corrected or watched. You can turn it off in Settings.
- Weather and maps from Apple
- To show weather and maps, Horizon asks Apple's WeatherKit and Maps about your location or an event's address. Apple handles those requests under its own privacy policy.
